Bev is a Law Clerk who has worked in the legal industry for some 35 years and enjoys a close working relationship with our existing clients, their children, families and friends. 

 

Bev’s legal experience covers all areas of Conveyancing including Off the Plan developments, complex transfers of property and advising on stamp duty implications. Bev is “part of the furniture” at Ellinghaus Weill having commenced her apprenticeship with Steven Weill in 1977 and has remained because of the integrity and work ethic of the firm.  

 

Bev is just as happy speaking to excited clients buying their first home as she is discussing various off the plan developments with builders and surveyors.
