Steven Weill is the Principal at Ellinghaus Weill Lawyers & Consultants.

 

Steven, a Melbourne University graduate was admitted to practice in 1971. Following his admission to the profession, Steven practised as a Principal Lawyer specialising in criminal law.   

 

In the early 1990’s, Steven and Mr Ted Ellinghaus, now retired, established Ellinghaus Weill Lawyers & Consultants with offices in Melbourne and Bendigo. Originally situated in the suburb of Carlton, Ellinghaus Weill’s Melbourne office relocated to Franklin Street, Melbourne in the early 2000’s.

 

Steven’s partnership with Mr Ellinghaus provided him the opportunity to practise in a broad range of areas across every jurisdiction. With such a refined and varied skill set and knowledge base, Steven now dedicates his practice to areas of commercial law, property law and leasing, building and construction law and company law.

 

Steven is committed to developing and maintaining valued relationships with his clients and is renowned for his practical and honest advice.

 

Steven enjoys mentoring younger generations of Lawyers.
